I recieved well done at best. The mac and cheese was packet made and left to sit under a warmer it could support a fork in a upright position. My partners rump steak was 30% unedible due to gristle.... A replacement was offered but the time it took to recieve my first meal i would have been eating by myself proberly a hour later.
